Biography
I am a Phi Kappa Delta alumnus of the University of Rhode Island. Since graduating from Villanova Law School in 1983, I have been providing legal services to business clientele spanning many industries, including franchisees, real estate developers, manufacturers, self storage, communications, medical, and others. Incident to these services, client needs for succession planning, municipal permitting, commercial leasing, and similar essential services.
